Ø Board discussed violations

- Commercial vehicles parked in street- board agreed to send out a violation letter stating that all commercial vehicles are to be parked in the garage in accordance with the association by-laws. Letter was approved for mail out immediately.

Ø Uncashed check for North Texas Lawn and Landscape was discussed. Check was payment for May lawn care but has never been cashed. Board agreed to stop payment on the check.

Ø 3 homeowners are still delinquent on their dues. Board agreed to attempt personal contact with the homeowners to seek resolution and payment. However, if no resolutions can be worked out this way the board agreed to send the third and final warning letter. If still no agreement is made board discussed contacting a lawyer to take the next legal step.

Ø Board discussed request for seasonal landscape in the entryway flowerbeds. Board agreed to pay $100 for flowers. Board will meet with volunteer homeowners to remove current flowers and plant new.
