2^nd Meeting of the Champion Lakes HOA

May 22, 2004

Members in attendance: Michael Kratz, Tom Russell, and Sherry Jones

Matters on the agenda:

v Maintenance of common area at entryway.

Members agreed to save the homeowners association money that the homeowners association would take over the choosing and planting of seasonal color at the entryway.

Members looked over current bids received to maintain lawn area. Still waiting on a few bids. Decision to be made at next meeting of the board members.

v Overdue accounts were discussed.

v Sherry Jones agreed to call churches that might allow us to hold meetings as an association for a reduced price or possibly free.
