I. Plan for Annual meeting scheduled for April 11, 2005 @ 7:00pm. Letters to be sent out this week. Agenda will be as follows:

A. Roll Call

B. Explanation of “Membership” and “Member in good standing” read from By-laws and Covenant.

C. Proof of Notice of Meeting or Waiver

D. State of the Association

E. Election of new secretary for the Board of Directors.

F. New Business

G. Adjournment

II. Discussion of 31 homes not paid on dues. Late letters sent @ a cost of $10 per home to be assessed back to the homeowners.

III. Complaint made concerning the amount of trash in the entry way and commons area. Complaint to be made to the city concerning trash from the trash trucks that regularly pass by the community. Also, homeowners need to be aware that trash is only picked up by lawn crew 1 time weekly and that they need to pick up after themselves also.

IV. Homeowners still out of compliance include:

A. Dog kennel- another letter to be sent.

B. Basketball hoop on Sailors

C. Trailer on Scooner. (updated owner address needed, Mike will check into that)
