Members
in attendance signed in and sign in was accepted as roll call.
II.
The
Members in good standing By-Law was read by Sherry Jones to make all aware that
in order to be eligible to vote the member had to be caught up on all dues and
that only one vote was allowed per household.
III.
State of the Association
was presented by President Mike Kratz
A.
Cost
saving efforts included
1.
maintaining parts of our own flowerbed by
mulching ourselves at a cost of $160
2.
Bidding
4 landscape contracts to find best value
3.
Meeting
at homeowners houses saved $150
4.
Reading
water meter weekly as a way to monitor the irrigation system for leaks and
incorrect settings
5.
Mailing
letters ourselves as opposed to paying $9 per letter to Excel Management
6.
Mailing
11 violation letters saving $9 per letter
