Meeting Minutes October 16, 2006

Begin time 7:00pm

Board Members present: Sherry Jones

I. Tanya Santistevan (standing in for Bryon Santistevan) informed all present of the current balance of $11,087.03.

II. September expenses included:

C-N-C for $322.59

Excel        $150.00

Utility       $136.50

Repairs                0

Admin      $ 49.36 (legal, copies, and misc.)

TOTAL    $658.45

September income was $604.80

III. The board voted to invest in a small evergreen tree to replace the front tree in the center entryway.  This tree will also be used to decorate for the holiday season.   Approximate cost $150 for the tree plus installation.

IV. The board voted to spend $150 on decorations for the entryway.  These would include garland, lights, and wreaths.

V. The board voted to extend the due date to February 28^th for yearly dues.  Hopefully, this will help with those after Christmas blues.

VI. It has been brought to the boards attention that students waiting on the bus at the corner of Sailors and Champion are leaving trash in the homeowners yard.  If this is your child please tell them to stop putting trash in the neighbors yard.

VII. Coach and Cut recommended that pre-emergent be put down to eliminate the weed problem in the commons area.  The cost for 2 installations is $600.  The board approved this matter.
