Champion Lakes HOA Board Meeting

Minutes

Meeting began at 7:03 pm

Board present: Bryon Santistevan, Mike Kratz, & Sherry Jones

President, Bryon Santistevan called the meeting to order and began by reviewing the current finances.

The HOA currently has an operating account of $5,933.49.  Our money market account is at $10,091.02, bringing the total balance to $16025.51.  August expenses included:

                Coach & Cut $644.09

                Excel               $150.00

                Utilities           $197.26

                Insurance               $823.00

                Admin.            $364.78 (misc. copies& HOA party)

Legal                       $300.00 (Tax audit)

                Total                     $2,479.13

The income for August was $214.32, with outstanding dues of $6,892.00.  Letters were mailed to homeowners for unpaid dues. Begin October 1 a $60 late fee will be assessed to each past due account. 

Yard of the Month was given to 8414 Victory St. and a $25.00 gift card was given.

Neighborhood party was discussed.  Date of October 27^th was chosen.  The party will take place at the corner of Victory and Scooner.  It will include a bounce house, cake walk, hayride, food and fun.  All are invited! Permission slips will have to be signed for all children to participate in the activities.
