Meeting began at 7:00 pm
Board present: Bryon Santistevan, Mike Kratz, & Sherry Jones
President, Bryon Santistevan called the meeting to order and began by reviewing the current finances.

The
income for Dec was $0, with
outstanding dues of $5,128.00.
Yard
of the Month was given during the winter months.
Water
bill is high the last few months due to broken irrigation pipes caused by the
construction on Dalrock. We have shut all the water
off to the system. We are also trying to get the construction company to fix
our broken pipes.
HOA
dues letters where sent out at the beginning of January. People who did not pay
there 2007 dues will be charged a $50 late fee.
