Minutes June 17, 2008

Meeting called to order @ 7:00pm

Board members in attendance Bryon Santistevan, Mike Kratz and Christy Margolis.

I. Operating Account $ 7,163.53

Money Market $ 15,210.99

Total Balance $22,374.52

May Expenses:

ACC Yard Of The Month $150.00

May Income $-104.44 (We collected $500 from HOA dues, however, we had to write off 604.44 on a foreclosure)

Outstanding Balance is $11,387.86.

29 homes have not paid HOA dues.

II. HOA Board will be sending letter to homes that still have not paid their dues. This will be a last friendly reminder before legal action is taken.

III. Board received a complaint about Pit Bulls in the neighborhood. Pit Bulls are legal in the City of Rowlett. They have to be registered with the City. All dogs are required to be on a leash. The City of Rowlett does have leash laws.

IV. Board is looking at bids for trees. If the price is right, trees will be planted in September or October.

V. Complaints of vehicles parking in streets. Request that homeowners park in the driveways or garage if space is available.

VI. If you own property along the creek, please remember that it is your responsibility to keep up the lawn maintenance in the area along the creek bed.

VII. Coach N Cut will be reworking the flower beds to remove weeds and prevent them from coming back in the future.
