Meeting Minutes March 17, 2008

Begin time 7:15pm

Board members present: Bryon Santistevan, Sherry Jones and Mike Kratz

I. Finances

President Bryon Santistevan opened the meeting by stating the current association balance..

II. Bryon stressed the importance of yard upkeep. Spring has sprung and yard maintenance is important to keep our neighborhood looking great.

III. During previous road repairs parts of the sprinkler system were damaged. Bryon has contacted the city with these concerns and the process to have the repairs done is underway. Trash days are on Friday. You are not to leave your trash cans by the curb on any other days. Please be sure to pull your cans up to your house Friday nights.

IV. The purchase of spring/summer flowers was discussed. The board agreed that the association would like to have seasonal flowers installed.

V. Complaints concerning basketball hoops in the street was discussed. It is a city violation to have the hoops in the streets. The hoops are allowed in driveways per the boards previous decisions.

VI. The annual Champion Lakes meeting to elect a new board members is in April. Two board positions, president and secretary, will be open. If anyone would like to be nominated for this position please watch for your official notice and write in your name. All board members must be members in good standing with the association. (Dues paid up to date and no outstanding violations.)

VII. Annual dues are due no later than April 1^st, 2008. Dues received after this date will be considered late and have fees assessed.
