Champion Lakes Home Owners Association Meeting

Meeting called to order @ 9:30pm

Board members in attendance Bryon Santistevan, and Mike Kratz

I. Excell Association Mgt fees were increased from $150 to $162/mo. Not sure why. They are also charging excessive fees for copies every month. Bryon is looking into this.

II. Boats and HOA violations

III. Light bulbs in the front are being vandalized. $4 to replace each bulb.

IV. If you owe more then $700 Bryon will send you a letter.

V. Monthly News letter will go out in April

· Vandalism problem in the entry. Someone is breaking our light bulbs. If you know anything let us know. List the address and phone number of the Board.

· Neighborhood Yard Sale – April 24-25, 2009

· Its Spring, Time to fix up your yard.

· HOA Rules prohibit Boats, campers, trailers in your driveway or on the street. Boats, campers, trailers must be kept in your garage or in your back yard, NOT visible from the street. During summer months boats are allowed on weekends only.

· HOA Annual Meeting is Monday April 20, 2009 @ 7:00pm 8205 Sailors

· We will start up Yard of the month April – September. Winners receiver a sign in there yard and $25 gift card.
