Champion Lakes Home Owners Association Meeting

Meeting called to order @ 7:00 pm

Board members in attendance Bryon Santistevan, and Mike Kratz

• We have about $17.5K in the bank. That is good.

• We are happy with the way the entry has been kept up with the new flowers and trees.

• We will have a Neighborhood party Oct 24, 2009 @ 5:30 pm Kay and Connie are doing most of the work. We hope to spend about $500.

• Mike Kratz will make 150 hot dogs and condiments, and get a permit from the city, and talk to the guy on the corner.
