be current on your dues and be in good standing with the HOA to receive Yard of
the month. Yard of the month winners receive a $25 Home Depot or Lowes Gift
card and a sign placed in there yard for the month.

**Flowers are not included in bid any of the bids including our current contract price (we paid extra for flowers). We will buy flowers from Association money, and plant them ourselves in the Spring.
***Coach-N-Cut was hired to replace CUT-N-EDGE in Aug 2006. Our new contract with Coach-N-cut is on a month to month bases. They will mow the small entry every week and the larger entry once a month for a reduced rate.
The Landscape contract will be reviewed and renewed every 12 months.
